BizTalk360 has the capability to retrieve the information of the configured SQL server instances related to the BizTalk environment and display them in the user interface. Follow the steps as shown below to view the information of the SQL server instances:

  1. Log in to the BizTalk360 application
  2. Click 'Operations' tab in the Navigation panel
  3. Click the expand button against 'Infrastructure Setting' tab and select 'SQL Server Instances' link
  4. In the SQL Server Instances page, click the SQL Instance name to view the information
  5. The screen is divided into 3 parts -
    1. Instance Properties & Product Information - This section provides information about the SQL server and the version information
    2. Database Information - This section provides information about the MessageBox database and the other configured BizTalk databases such as Management database, Rule engine database, BAM Primary Import database, Tracking database and so on
    3. SQL Server Jobs - This section provides information about the SQL Server Jobs that are running on the current server
    4. Refresh - Click the refresh button at the top right corner of the page to refresh the SQL server instances information
