If you are facing any issue while populating the report in Message Box Viewer -

  1. Check whether BizTalk360 monitoring service is in the Running state
  2. Look forĀ log files found under the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Kovai Ltd\BizTalk360\Service\Log (BizTalk360.MBV.log, and BizTalk360.EventLog.log) to see if there are any permission issues. If you find any issue, run the BizTalk360 troubleshooter tool to find the issue.
