When the tracked message events list is generated, the query result contains a Properties icon that will contain the properties of the tracked message events. All information in the tracked message events properties window will be populated from the BizTalk Tracking Database (BizTalkDTADb) and the values are made completely read-only in BizTalk360. The tracked message event properties will contain information about the message, and the message content and context properties.

If you do not see any information in the Context Properties and Message Content tab, make sure Tracking on Message Bodies and Message Context is turned on in order to save messages after service instances processing is complete. You will see an error message as shown below.
Message not present in tracking database. Make sure tracking is enabled and SQL agent is running.

To view the tracked message events properties information, follow the steps as shown below:

  1. Log in to the BizTalk360 application
  2. Click 'Graphical Flow (Tracking)' in the Menu panel on the left side of the screen
  3. Select the query as Tracked Message Events from the drop down and appropriate filter criteria (if any), and click Execute Query
  4. In the Query Results section, click the Properties icon (represented as an eye icon) to view the properties of the tracked message events
  5. The Tracked Message Event Properties window contains information about the tracked message events
  6. Click X to close the window

All the values in the tracked message event properties are Read-only.
