After configuring MSDTC, if you still face the issue, make sure whether BizTalk Server Administration Console is working correctly. You need to open the BizTalk360 Administration Console on the server where BizTalk360 is installed. This is to make sure all the connectivity is set up and working as expected.

If you are able to open up the Administration console, then you will be able to access BizTalk360 on the server.
