BizTalk360 uses sp_help_job stored procedure from MSDB database to get the jobs running in the SQL instance. Following permission setting will help to get the SQL jobs.


If you are using SQL Server 2005/2008 R2, this information will help.


By default, members of the sysadmin fixed server role can execute this stored procedure. Other users must be granted SQLAgentReaderRole fixed database roles in the MSDB database.

By default, BizTalk360 will not be doing any operation until configuring monitoring for the available SQL Jobs and enable the auto correction ability. In case, you don't wish to monitor the SQL jobs you can avoid the below permissions shown in the image.
