Partner portal is the placeholder where Customer site information, Partner Admin details and Partner consultant details are stored. Depending upon the user login, the sections/information detail differs.

Partner Admin Login

Once the partner admin logins into the managed services partner portal via, there are two sections displayed:

  1. Site/Customer information
  2. Partner consultants information

The site code is created by Kovai Ltd and this is not editable by Partner Admin. Partner Admin can add partner consultants by clicking on the Add User button and filling the required details as provided by Kovai Ltd.

Partner Consultant Login

When the partner consultant logins into the partner manage services portal, the currently available environment details are displayed.
